Purchasing gift certificates:
Paper gift certificates for Collective Good are available for purchase in our clinic. If you are interested in a paper certificate, please email us at contact@collectivegoodhealth.com or call us at 513-549-1831. If you want to purchase a gift card for a particular LMT, please reach out to them directly.
How to redeem gift certificates:
To book with a massage therapist using a Collective Good certificate, please email a practitioner to initiate scheduling. In your email, include the gift certificate number and the amount on the gift card being applied toward the service. Gift certificates can be applied toward massage & bodywork services from the following practitioners:

Gift certificate cancellation policies:
Cancellations and reschedules made within 24 hours of the service time, and no-shows, will be charged the full treatment rate.
