I’m Allison Rice Custar/ARC Counseling Services LLC. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Designation (LPCC-S) with over 16 years of experience providing mental health treatment and substance use treatment. I work with adults, couples, and families. ARC Counseling Services provides counseling for empowerment, healing, and wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy:

I use various therapeutic models to help clients achieve their specific goals. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, abuse and trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
